Returns & Exchanges

At Tanya Taylor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
